There may be additional fees charged for diagnostic tests, certain naturopathic procedures, medicinal prescriptions, injections or intravenous therapies. The costs for many of these are outlined in our posted fee schedule. All fees for service are to be paid for at the time of your visit. Payment is expected at this time unless alternate arrangements are made with the receptionist. Credit terms can be arranged and payments can be made with cash, debit and credit cards. Amounts may be charged a monthly financing fee of 1.5% per month. Extended or private insurance plans may cover various amounts of your cost depending on your policy details.
